Nurturing Young Farmers – “Vithum-Kaikottum” Launched! ????

As part of the Farmers’ Day Celebrations, Archana Women’s Centre – Kaduthuruthy Region, in collaboration with GVHSS Kaduthuruthy, proudly launched the “Vithum-Kaikottum” Young Farmers’ Project – an initiative to nurture agricultural culture among the younger generation.

The event was inaugurated by Adv. Mons Joseph MLA, with Ms. Thresiamma Mathew, Director of Archana Women’s Centre, presiding. In his keynote address, the MLA commended the project as a model initiative in cultivating awareness and love for farming among children.

To honor the contributions of women in agriculture, the Women Karshaka Mitra Awards were also distributed to outstanding women farmers. Inspiring Farmers’ Day messages were shared by Agricultural Officer Mr. Siddarth R., encouraging sustainable practices and community participation.
